Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Brink application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Brink is a private card and document wallet application for iPhone. The App allows you to save photos of cards and documents, organize them, and access them on your device. Brink is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

Brink is not a payment application and does not facilitate financial transactions. Cards stored in Brink are photo records for your personal reference only. Brink does not replace Apple Wallet or any other official payment or identity verification system.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Some features of the App may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

You retain ownership of the card and document images and other content you save in the App ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant Brink a limited, non-exclusive license to process your User Content solely to provide you with the App's functionality on your device.

Card and document images are processed on-device and are not uploaded to Brink's servers for processing. See our Privacy Policy for details.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to save and access any content you add to the App.

The App stores card and document images on your iPhone. Sufficient storage space is required to use the App. Brink is not responsible for loss of data resulting from device failure, insufficient storage, or deletion of the App.

Brink may offer paid subscription plans that provide access to additional features. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Pricing and included features are described in the App and in the App Store listing.

Brink may offer free trial periods for paid subscription plans. At the end of a free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial period ends.

All purchases, including subscriptions, are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple's terms and conditions govern purchases made through the App Store. Brink does not directly process payment information.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds for App Store purchases are subject to Apple's refund policies.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
• Use the App to infringe upon the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its supporting infrastructure
• Use the App to store fraudulent or counterfeit documents or cards

Cards stored in Brink are for your personal reference only. Images of government identification or other official documents stored in Brink do not constitute legally valid identification.

The App and its content, features, and functionality (excluding User Content) are owned by Brink and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without our prior written consent.

The App may use third-party services or frameworks. Your use of third-party services may be subject to those third parties' terms and privacy policies.

We do not guarantee that the App or any feature will be available at all times or without interruption. We may update, modify, or discontinue the App or features at any time without notice.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BRINK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Brink does not warrant that cards stored in the App will be acceptable as valid identification for any purpose or by any organization.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BRINK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brink and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Brink is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, through the App. Continued use of the App following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
